How to use the 'Online Timesheet'

Important: This online timesheet is only for the use of candidates of The SV Group.

All the fields need to be completed to be able to submit the form; Candidate name (your name), Client name (who you are doing work for), Role (what job you are doing), Week ending (the date of the last day of the working week).
The start & finish times are in 24hr clock format, ie: 6am is 06:00 & 6pm is 18:00.
Breaks are total breaks for that day. So, if you work a split shift and have a 4hr break in the afternoon, then a 15min break during the morning & evening shifts (2x15mins), the total breaks for the day is 4hrs 30mins.
Both you (the candidate) & an authorised member of staff must sign the timesheet for it to be able to submit to The SV Group and be valid.

TROUBLESHOOTING: If you are having issues submitting your timesheet there are a couple of things you can do:

Make sure you have filled in all the required fields – the form will not submit if the required boxes aren’t completed, this includes signatures.
Clear your browser cache & history.

All timesheets are to be signed by a manager or Supervisor.

All timesheets must be sent by email to accounts by 10am Monday morning to be paid on the following Friday, failure to do so will delay any payments to you.
